Jon is a shareholder of Fabrizio & Brook and serves as managing attorney for the firm's Real Estate and litigation departments. Jon concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, mortgage lending, curative title, contracts, and has extensive experience litigating foreclosure and quiet title cases. He frequently conducts educational seminars for clients on a variety of topics related to real estate and mortgage lending. He also has organized and presented seminars for the National Business Institute and has given talks on property preservation, loss mitigation and foreclosures at conferences throughout the country.

Jon earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Economy and History from Hillsdale College in Michigan. After leaving Hillsdale College, he served as a police officer for Bloomfield Township in Oakland County, Michigan. During his eight years of service, Jon was selected to become a Field Training Officer. Jon is an active member and current Vice President of the Detroit Alumni Chapter of Sigma Chi. After earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Detroit, Michigan, Jon left law enforcement to practice law and worked for an insurance defense firm before joining Fabrizio & Brook in 1999.

 Jon was selected to the 2014, 2015 and 2016 Super Lawyers list.
